Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Hyderabad. It's the capital city of Telangana, a South Indian state.
Who has had the greatest influence on your life?
My mom. Being a single mom, she worked really hard to get me where I am today. I am absolutely grateful for her.
How did you end up in your current career?
I've always been passionate about software, technology, and gaming!
What is an experience that has shaped who who you are today?
I had never been away from home before I moved to the United States. It has taught me a lot about life. The things that I went through during my transition have built me into the person I am today.
What is your favorite hobby?
I love everything outdoors, whether it’s sports, hiking, or kayaking. It’s great to get out of the house and be in good company!
When was a moment you felt most accomplished?
Recently, I was able to help my mom buy a house in India. Even though I have a long way to go, to see the joy on her face and to be a part of that moment made me feel like I had made it.
What advice would you give your younger self?
I would tell myself to put more time and effort into focusing on experiences rather than things. In short, I should travel more!
