Wrapping up an eventful year with 21 highlights!
While 2021 felt a bit like an extension of 2020, there are many highlights from the past year. We outlined a few of the bright spots from our organization.
#1. We Ranked
Woo hoo! We're one of the top 100 Consulting & Services companies...IN THE WORLD.
#2. We Grew!
Big news! We secured investment from H.I.G. Capital. We're excited for the next phase of growth!
#3. We Acquired
A perfect match! Upton Hill joined Concord in March and bolstered our healthcare strategy capability.
#4. We Gave

#5. We Expanded
First Europe, now India. Concord's gone global! We hired Shivom Palhan to build out our presence in Gurugram, India.
#6. We Partied
We're back, baby! We were fortunate to gather together at our Patio Party and Holiday Party after last year's hiatus.
#7. We Supported
Giving back to the community is key to our organization. New this year is our partnership with Driving Forward, a non-profit dedicated to helping first-generation students transition from college to a meaningful career.
#8. We Reflected
Through the formalization of our D&I Committee, we emphasized hiring, training, and education on issues of diversity and inclusion.
#9. We Celebrated CIOs
CIOs do so much for their organization. We supported InspireCIO in giving them much deserved recognition in the Twin Cities and beyond!
#10. We Blogged
A mere 20,566 words later, we shared a lot of thoughts on everything from population health to digital strategy.
#11. We Discussed
From bringing healthcare to the consumer to innovations in the pharmacy landscape, we covered a wide range of topics in our Relevant Health Roundtable panels this year.

With a distributed workforce, it's key to be intentional about making a connection with colleagues. We sat down with employees for a monthly James Lipton-style interview to get to know people better!

Er, RPO, that is. We are officially a Registered Provider Organization (RPO) in accordance with the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC).

Just kidding, we did the opposite of that. Our organization sent over 1,542,269 messages on Slack alone this year!
#16. We Designed
Healthcare is our forte. We built a microsite to showcase some of our industry expertise!
#17. We Quizzed
We awarded $1,200 in prizes to our MuleSoft Quiz winners this year! Our team is coming up with something special for the new year.

We hit 10,000 followers on LinkedIn this year! We're always sharing cool news if you're into that sort of thing.
#19. We Moved Up
We moved up a spot to rank #7 on MSPBJ's Top IT Consulting List!
#20. We Were Honored
Our fearless leader once again made the cut for MN 500! Much deserved recognition for our CEO, Florin Ibrani.
